Beach Mama hosts wedding receptions, welcome cocktails and lunches, bar mitzvahs, birthdays and family celebrations on request, by the heated pool and facing the lake. Every project gets a quote that sets out what is included and what is optional.
Coordination, catering, decoration, music and transfers are available on quotation. We review the format, space, running order and guest numbers with you, then send a detailed proposal.
For a ceremony, a ritual or specific dietary requirements, mention them in your request: we will tell you clearly what can be arranged. And the next day, gather your guests again for a day-after brunch or pool party.

Yes, bar mitzvahs and family celebrations are organised on request. Tell us about your requirements (ritual, catering) and we will tell you clearly what can be arranged.
Is there a fixed event price?
No: every request gets a tailored proposal. The quote sets out what is included, what is optional, the level of exclusivity and the confirmation terms.
