A venue for seminar days and team days out
Beach Mama welcomes companies for an outdoor seminar day, a team-building day, a corporate lunch or a brand event, by the heated pool and facing the lake, at KM 12 on the Ourika Road.
The format is built with you: welcome, group lunch at the restaurant, downtime by the pool, water sports at WAKY next door, music or an evening event. For a product launch or an event just for your guests, see private hire too. Around 200–300 guests depending on the layout, on request.

Relaxed day
Welcome, group lunch and an afternoon by the pool. An area can be reserved for your team depending on the date and group size.
Active day with WAKY
A coached water activity at WAKY, the wakepark next door, then lunch and downtime at Beach Mama. The activity always takes place before any alcohol is served.
A seminar day out
Is your seminar hosted elsewhere in Marrakech? Beach Mama can host one day or a lunch in your programme, with no overnight stay.
A working session during the day?
Tell us when you send your request. Space, Wi-Fi, furniture, equipment and separation from the music are reviewed with you before anything is agreed: we only offer what can actually be set up on your date.
A team-building activity is planned with a facilitator and a clear goal: tell us what you expect and we’ll explain how it can be organised.

How many guests can you host?
Around 200–300 guests depending on the layout, on request. Capacity depends on the format (seated lunch, cocktail, pool day, evening) and the space reserved; it is confirmed in the quote.
Can we hold a meeting or a working session?
It depends on your date: space, Wi-Fi, furniture, equipment and separation from the music are checked with you before anything is agreed.
Do you host corporate lunches?
Yes, a group lunch can be arranged on quotation, as a standalone day or during a seminar hosted elsewhere in Marrakech.
Is there a fixed event price?
No: every request gets a tailored proposal. The quote sets out what is included, what is optional, the level of exclusivity and the confirmation terms.
Do you arrange transfers?
Yes, on request; they are priced in the quote.
